Alsatian People's Union uses an horizontally divided red-white flag, which has already been used by Alsatian autonomist
movements in the beginning of the 20th century.
This flag is shown in the Flags of Aspirant Peoples chart
[eba94], #69, with the following
caption:

Northern France
Note that Alsace is usually considered as being in eastern rather than
